For only $49 for current clients and $149 for new clients, in addition to coming in for personal training, you'll also have access to our Lifestyle Design Program, which is a fantastic complement to our exercise programs. Here, you'll learn the ins and outs of healthy eating, maximizing your sleep, and reducing/managing your stress levels. This program was designed to take your results to the next level. It’s commonly thought that reaching a fitness goal involves some sort of exercise and, maybe, a change in diet. Very rarely, if ever, is the entire lifestyle of the client taken into account. This is absolutely critical to not only create change for the better, but to achieve (see what we did there??) optimal health for the long-term. No crash diets or jittery, heart-racing supplements. Just the necessities you need to reach your ultimate goal of lasting good health.
We’ll be focusing on four key habit categories that make up the biggest effect on your health, and typically stand in the way of your progress. These categories are:
- Stress Management
You're probably thinking, "I could improve in all those areas if I had more time in the day or if I knew how." No worries. We've got you covered. This program breaks these categories down into realistic, beneficial daily challenges.
Consultation and Assessment
When you begin, your first appointment will be a consultation. We use these as a way to get to know you better, discuss what you would like to achieve, and determine a roadmap to get you where you want to be.

Using the consultation and assessment, we'll design a program specifically for you, your goals, and our assessment findings. There are absolutely no generic programs or workouts with us. Lifestyle Habits (Nutrition, Sleep, & Stress Management)
While your training hard in the gym, we put extra attention on what you're doing outside of the gym. Sleep and stress management are absolutely crucial to not only your progress in the gym, but also your overall health. For example, one night of lost sleep can cause insulin resistance. Yes, it's that important. Add daily stress to the mix, and you have a recipe for disaster. We've recognized how this can affect you, so we're going to make sure you're healthy on all fronts.
