After realizing that the traditional personal training model only got clients so far, Ryne realized there was a lot more he could do for his clients than taking them through exercise sessions. He wanted to provide them with a resource for optimizing their movement and physical health. A continual journey toward more and more knowledge led Ryne to study other areas health such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, and behavior change.

She has a passion for building relationships with clients and providing them with a comfortable, yet challenging presence to push them to succeed.

Kara has previously held the Wisconsin State Powerlifting record in the deadlift, while also competing on a dance team for 16 years. In addition, she enjoys running and competes in 5k's all the way up to half-marathons. Outside of fitness, Kara enjoys spending time with her fiancée and their two dogs, along with reading and cooking.

Scott has been in the exercise and wellness field since he graduated from college in 2015. He spent the first few years in the physical therapy field using fitness to rehabilitate people of all ages and backgrounds. Scott is a strong believer in using exercise as medicine and loves seeing it change people’s lives for the better.

Scott grew up in the Aurora/Naperville area and was the captain of the Waubonsie Valley Wrestling team in 2011. In college, he helped start a club rugby team and played for a couple years. Now he spends his free time working out along with spending time with his fiancée and family.

He uses his knowledge, expertise, and methods to help get patients back to full functionality quicker.
